About Honor & Serve SD Mobile Notary

Honor & Serve SD Mobile Notary was established in 2024 with sole owner Sarah A. Conner. Sarah is a California Commissioned Notary Public and U.S. Navy veteran. While in the U.S. Navy Sarah served on Active duty and in the Selected Reserves, specializing in administration and office management.  She also deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.  In her civilian life she has worked as a California Certificated Paralegal for over 8 years. She seeks to provide the utmost professional, efficient and courteous customer service.
